Our journey began with our owner/founder Brandon Outar and his dog named Brock.

After years of dreaming about having a dog of my own, I finally brought Brock home—only to discover that love alone wasn’t enough to guide his behavior. Facing challenges I didn’t expect, I made it my mission to understand him, train him, and help him thrive. What started as a personal journey quickly grew into a passion for helping others build that same kind of trust and connection with their dogs.

With over three years of hands-on experience, I’ve trained under respected professionals and worked with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Noirlight K9 was founded on the principle of balanced training—a method that combines structure and compassion to create clarity, confidence, and communication between dogs and their owners.

What sets Noirlight K9 apart is our flexibility and heart. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Every dog is different, every family is different, and our training reflects that. Whether your dog struggles with reactivity, leash manners, or basic obedience, we’re here not just to correct behavior—but to strengthen your bond and help your dog become a true part of your family.

While we currently serve pet dog owners, our vision is growing. In time, Noirlight K9 will expand into the world of sport and protection training—starting with my own journey competing with Brock.
